Viva LA Foodies Lifestyle Media Productions is debuting its Pre- “Los Angeles Times, The Taste", “Street Eats” star showcase at Ma'kai Lounge Santa Monica. The event will debut a collaborative culinary “Mash-Up” between 2 of VLF Media’s PR clients, “Red Velvet Stefanie” as The Platinum Blonde Chef alongside Nicci Piscitelli from “Drunken Udder Ice Cream.” The two culinary trendsetters will be launching the first line of “Adult Ic...e-Cream Sandwiches” to select media, influential taste-makers, bloggers and guests so they can “Vote” for their favorite flavor that will be debuted at “LA Times, The Taste, “Desserts After Dark” on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

Mini ice cream cookie sandwiches featuring adult alcoholic flavors will be tray passed during the event and each guest will have a scorecard to vote their favorite flavor combination's. A twitter campaign with a live-tweet session will also be incorporated into the evening to promote Ma'kai, Red Velvet Stefanie, The Platinum Blonde Chef, Drunken Udder Ice Cream, The TasteLA, The Los Angeles Times. A “Tweet Sheet” complete with Hash tags for all events associated with “The Taste LA” will be provided to guests to encourage a “Social Media Tweet Off.”

Limited “Tastemaker Tickets” will be released by invitation only via “Event Brite” and we will capture a data-base of names for future food & lifestyle marketing opportunities to sell special discounted tickets to “The Los Angeles Times, The Taste.” Optional media coverage on various radio stations will “buzz up” the event and cooperating sponsors and entities.
